Love at first sight? Impossible! But when I look at the gorgeous woman leaning by the door you realize your world just pivoted. The story is so lovingly written. Noah and Emily collide and nothing stops them. They have a lot of ups and downs. The band loved Emily and want Noah and her to be happy. Nick meets her friend and he too falls in love. But Delilah the publicist wants them to keep everything a secret because it's bad for their image. Well he'll with her Noah and Emily waste a lot of time because of her. They get engaged and want to marry. But they put it off until Emily finishes college and the band gets a name for themselves. Then tragedy hits stops all in its tracks
A first time author leaving you wanting more is a pretty good sign saying they have wrote an amazing story I highly recommend this book the character are very likeable and relatable I couldn't put the book down I need to know what was going to happen next
What can I possibly say about this author and this book?? Ms Boyes puts you inside her books as if you are one of the characters!

This book touched all my emotions from love, sadness, happiness, love of friends, and every other emotion! I loved Noah and Emily in this book. Their love for one another is so evident. He becomes a famous rock singer and she is a college student.

I loved everything about this book. It could not have been any better. My tears are still falling....I cannot explain why as it would be a spoiler.

I am downloading Perception 2 asap!
I don't even want to take time to write a review because I immediately want to start book 2.

This is the first book that I have read by Shandi Boyes, and since I am already to purchase book 4, it won't be the last! I was quickly drawn into the story soooo quickly! I absolutely loved all the characters, I think that Noah and Emily might just be my favorite ones, EVER!! Their characters are so believable that whatever happens to them, you really ARE effected! Perception really is how one perceives the facts as they are presented to you!!
As a jury, you are expected to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that someone is guilty, one way or the other. Well.... the same is true here. Having read through the 3rd book in 2 days, yes, sad to say that not much has gotten done here, that the same concept could apply!! I ended this story in years with my heart in my throat, that is all
I am going to say!! Love, love, love this series!!
WTF cannot believe this book ended that way!! I knew it was a two part series but to leave it that away WOW!! OK here is my review I thought it had kind of a slow start but once you got into it, you can't wait to bump your kindle to the next page to find out what's happening with these two.
I love the devotion these two have for each other. And I want to ring Dragon Lady's neck for her strategy. I need to quit writing I got book two to read! Seriously readers check this book out!

WTH????? Right about now that's all I can think of. This has to be some sort of twisted joke. It can't be real. WTH??? I'm so confused and my mind isn't quite processing right now. I'm just in shock.
In the beginning it was a smooth ride but then all the sweetness got a little bit of angst. Nothing crazy but enough to get ya going. But it was just all sweetness. Noah isn't your typical rock star. He isn't a man white, he doesn't have drinking binges and cheat. He is faithful and really in love with Emily. I really enjoyed their story and now I'm so upset and confused. I just don't get it. Of course I'm gonna have to read the next. I hope it's all a mistake or a dream.
